Very strong rubber magnet in white version with external steel thread (M5).

The magnet itself is made of neodymium N42.

NOTE! Made of 4 small magnets in a metal pot, facing opposite directions alternately (see photo no. 2). So you can easily use two of these magnets against each other, as they can both be attracted and repelled due to changing magnetic poles.

The carrying capacity of the 8 kg. is measured directly on a strong, magnetic steel plate made of pure steel. Distance between magnet and magnetic counterpart (magnet or magnetic surface) weakens the carrying capacity. A distance of 2 mm. weakens the bearing capacity by approx. 70%, while a distance of 5 mm. weakens the carrying capacity by as much as 92%. 

This type of magnet can be used outdoors, but the steel thread can rust over time with permanent outdoor use.

The rubber magnet withstands wind and weather well, which is why it is ideal to use this magnet outdoors. However, you should know that the external thread is not made of stainless steel, which is why it can rust over time if it is not wrapped.
