Shipment in the EU

At Magnetpartner.com, we aim to deliver orders quickly and send them out as soon as possible. Dispatch times are dependent on stock availability. During busy periods, such as holidays or campaigns, delivery times may be longer (1-3 days extra). All orders are sent by GLS/Schenker, DHL or UPS (the choice is yours). It might differ from each country, who you can choose as freight company for your magnet order. But this will be easy to see in your shopping cart, when you buy magnets with us.

Shipment, delays etc.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have dispatched your order.

Magnetpartner.com is not responsible for any delay or other shipment complications of any kind after handing over your parcel to GLS/Schenker, DHL or UPS. In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during shipping, you should immediately contact your local postal service (who carried out the final shipment in your country) and report it to them.
