Description
Description
Round neodymium magnet with hole for countersunk M3 screw.
Diameter: 2.7 cm.
Height: 0.4 cm.
Screw hole: ø 4.5 mm. (M3)
Strength: approx. 8 kg.
The round power magnet is very strong and has a countersunk hole, so you can get a flat surface with a countersunk screw. This means that you can easily make non-magnetic things very magnetic by screwing this magnet on with a screw. Do not tighten the screw too tightly, as this magnet is not encased in a steel pot and therefore breaks more easily when not handled carefully.
The strength of 8 kg. is measured in direct pull on a strong, magnetic steel plate. If there is a distance between the magnet and the magnet's magnetic counterpart, the stregnth is significantly weakened.
Find Danish data sheet below.
We recommend this type of neodymium magnet for indoor use. With constant contact with wind and weather, power magnets rust over time, but it takes a long time before the strength weakens as long as the magnet is not exposed to temperatures above 80 degrees.
SPECIFICATIONS
Strength: approx. 8,000 g.
Magnetism: N35
Surface: nickel-plated (Ni)
NOTE! You cannot use 2 of these magnets opposite each other if you screw them onto two surfaces that you want to attract magnetically, as the poles are facing the same way on all the magnets. Instead, choose a similarly sized magnet or metal as a counterpart. Feel free to contact us if you have any doubts.
