Description

Here you will find one of our many magnetic zippers. This is not our strongest model, but it is still one of the strongest on the market, and with a distance of 4 centimeters between each magnet it could be a good option for closing a shirt, where you need an easier solution than a regular zipper or buttons.

Easy rule to remember: The closer the magnets are, the stronger the zipper, and the closer to the feeling of a regular zipper you get.

With us you can buy down to 1 meter - you don't have to buy 10 metres at a time. And if you need many metres, there are big discounts available for everyone.

1 pc. = 2x1 meter

When you buy 1 meter, you actually get 2 metres, as the magnetic zipper consists of two sides. So for 1 jacket you only need to buy 1 meter. And for a full-length costume of 1.8 meters, you only need to buy 2 metres.

You will get the number of meters you order from us on a full roll.

Magnetism: N40
Material: neodymium NdFeB
Distance between each magnet: 4 cm.

The magnets are inserted into small pockets that are individually heat-welded into the edge band for maximum durability when the zipper is to be used again and again. The edge band also protects the magnets from collision so that they do not break. And finally, it is so much easier and faster to be able to sew a finished magnetic zipper into fabric than having to start by sewing small pockets for small, strong magnets and at the same time be aware that the poles are facing correctly - this is possible with these zippers.

Max. temperature: 80°C

For example, use the magnets for magnetic closure of jackets, trousers, shawls, costumes and much more.

Loss of strength:
When there is a gap between two magnets, there is a loss of strength. So make sure to sew the edge band into the fabric so that the magnets hit each other directly with no other distance than the edge band, to get the strongest solution.

Material & handling:
Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified with 92% silk and 8% lycra spandex. Hand wash only. Do not bleach, iron, dry clean or tumble dry.
