Incredibly strong pot magnet with removable closed hook (screwed into the pot magnet - see photo 2). Can support many times its own weight.

The hook magnet is only magnetic at one end (opposite the hook).

The pot magnet has a stronger pull on a horizontal surface than on a vertical surface, since the magnet slides easily on a vertical surface.

The magnet is painted white and can therefore be more discreet than a bare steel hook magnet.

NOTE! We recommend indoor use of the hook magnets only, as they are not made of stainless steel.

The strength is measured directly on a thick, magnetic steel plate. The strength weakens the further the pot magnet comes from the magnetic surface. That is if you have to hang something big and heavy, which takes up a lot of space upwards or downwards, then some weight must be added to the strength requirement, as in this case the hook must bear a lot of weight downwards and not just "directly". Can be used for magnetic glass boards, but hook magnets cannot carry as much on glass boards as they can directly on magnetic steel due to the glass plate which creates a distance between the magnetic steel surface behind the glass and the magnet.
