Description

Very strong block magnet made of neodymium. You really have to know what you are doing before throwing yourself into handling a magnet of this size and strength, as careless use can be very dangerous!

Length: 4 cm.
Width: 4 cm.
Height: 2 cm.
Strength: approx. 60 kg.

The magnet has a strength of approx. 60 kg. in a straight line. You get the most optimal pull when the pull occurs in the same direction as the magnet's field - i.e. on the large surfaces with both ends in a vertical position.

If 2 magnets are stuck directly against each other, you can only take them apart using special tools - it could be a wooden wedge or something similar that is pointed with no sharp edges, as a sharp edge can cause the magnets to splinter. They must be pulled/pushed apart.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Strength: approx. 60,000 g.
Material: NdFeB
Magnetism: N42
Gauss: 12900-13200 (1.29-1.32 T)
MGOe: 40-42
Max. temperature: 80°C
Surface: nickel-plated (Ni-Cu-Ni)

Must be handled carefully as two colliding magnets will smash due to the strong magnetic field and the resulting enormous attractive force. The magnet is only protected by a thin layer of nickel. This does not mean that the magnet is of poor quality; on the contrary.
